Santa visits Watseka

The Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Santa Claus took time out of his busy toy-making schedule to visit with area children on Saturday, December 11, 2004. Santa was at The Clothes Basket from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Santa visited with several children during his 2 hour visit and gave each child a candy cane sponsored by The Clothes Basket or a Christmas coloring book sponsored by the Watseka Park District.

Santa will be back in Watseka on Saturday, December 18, 2004 between 1:00pm and 3:00pm at Christina’s Ladies Apparel in downtown Watseka. All area children are invited to stop by and visit with Santa. Parents are reminded that they may bring a camera. Christina’s Ladies Apparel is located at 116 W. Walnut Street in Watseka.
