Monday, March 19, 2007, the Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a
ribbon-cutting ceremony at Security Finance, located in Watseka at 129 East
Walnut Street, Suite 4.
Security Finance is celebrating their Grand Opening with a public Open
House. Security Finance opened their Watseka branch on March 1, 2007.
Community members are invited to stop in and visit with Branch Manager,
Lacey Karr.
Security Finance specializes in personal loans ranging from $150 to $880.
They offer starter loans for individuals who need to establish a credit
history. Whether the customer’s credit is good, blemished, or doesn’t exist
yet, Security Finance can help. Starting in 2008, they will also offer
assistance with income taxes.
Security Finance started in South Carolina fifty-one years ago. They
currently have branches in nineteen states. In Illinois alone, Security
Finance has 50 branches including Kankakee, Danville, and Champaign. For
