Chamber Seats 2008 Officers

At the February meeting of the Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, new leadership was seated for 2008 by outgoing President, Chuck Bohlmann of Iroquois Memorial Hospital.

President Rhonda Pence of Iroquois Federal will be serving her first term as a Chamber President. Rhonda is currently co-chairperson of the Chamber’s Business Education Partnership Committee.

Jeff Petersen of Iroquois Memorial Hospital will be the Chamber’s Vice-President for 2008. Jeff is chairperson of the newly formed July 4th Activities Committee. Jeff is also heading the Chamber’s new Strategic Planning Committee.

Darlene McGehee of Iroquois Insurance was elected to her first full term as the Chamber’s Treasurer. Darlene is chairperson of the Finance & Operations Committee, as well as a co-chairperson of the Annual Meeting & Awards Night Committee.
