On Wednesday, February 7, 2007 seventy-eight Chamber members and guests attended Business After Hours hosted by the First Trust & Savings Bank of Watseka, located at 120 East Walnut Street in Watseka. Darcey Smith, Chamber Executive Director, welcomed all members, employees, and guests.

Smith announced that Customer Appreciation Days will be March 29-31st throughout Watseka. This event is always sponsored by the Chamber’s Business Promotions Committee. Lauri Zumwalt, chairperson of the Chamber’s Seminar Committee, reminded attendees that registrations are now being accepted for the March 13th seminar, entitled “Reality Sells”.

Smith, then, introduced Kerry Bell, President of First Trust & Savings Bank. Bell spoke briefly about the “team” of employees at First Trust. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed entertainment from the barbershop quartet, The Moody Lights out of Rensaellaer Indiana.
