Chamber announces upcoming events
The Watseka Area Chamber of
Commerce is pleased to announce a great line-up of fall and holiday
events. These events are sponsored by the Chamber’s Business
Promotions Committee.
The annual Moonlight Madness
shopping event will take place Wednesday, October 24, 2007 from 9:00
a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Moonlight Madness is famous for its great deals
on fall merchandise, progressive discounts the later you shop,
previews of Christmas merchandise, and much more. This is the 32nd
year this event has been conducted in Watseka.
November 15, 2007 is a night for
ladies as the Chamber will conduct their 11th annual Ladies Night
Out shopping event. The event is scheduled for 4:00 – 10:00 pm
throughout Watseka. Shoppers are encouraged to grab a punch card
along their shopping route and have each business mark their card.
Completed cards will be eligible for 1 of 3 grand prize gifts.
12 Days of Christmas will be
conducted November 28 through December 13, 2007. An Ultimate Family
Christmas Prize Package will be given away December 14th, LIVE on
WGFA Radio. Everyone is eligible for a chance to win this awesome
prize package. Plus, each participating business will have an
in-store giveaway.
Get ready for
those last minute shopping deals with Mistletoe Magic of
December 13, 2007. Participating business will offer a great
selection for those last-minute or hard-to-buy-for gift givers
from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Chamber office at 206 E. Walnut Street in Watseka to obtain
registration forms.
